HB 102 Caption: Relating to providing that where property is insured against loss or damage by fire, collision, theft or the elements and the insurance company liable therefor shall fail to pay losses thereon, such company shall be liable to the insured for delay and for attorney's fees.
HB 103 Caption: Relating to amending certain statutes so as to more clearly define such subdivision as a venue statute and not a statute restricting jurisdiction to the courts of the counties referred to therein.
