HB 226 Caption: Relating to creating the State Highway Commission, consisting of five members, to be appointed by the Governor of Texas, with advice and consent of the Senate of Texas, one from each State Highway District (defined and created in the Act) and to serve for terms of two years and, thereafter, one of each member to be elected by the qualified voters of each such State Highway District for terms provided for in the Act.
HB 325 Caption: Relating to prescribing and fixing the number of hours that shall constitute a legal day's work on all work being performed by, or on behalf of, the State of Texas, or on behalf of any county, municipal, or other legal or political subdivision of said State; prescribing penalties for its violation, and expressly repealing certain Act.

HB 941 Caption: Relating to amending certain Act to conserve fish in Angelina, Attoyoc, Sabine, and Nches Rivers and their tributaries in certain counties by permitting the use of nets of a certain size in certain counties.
HB 955 Caption: Relating to providing for relief of the Salem Common School District No. 14 in Angelina County, in order to aid the school district in rebuilding and repairing its school building which was damaged by the hurricane which covered the territory in whichthis district is located, on March 30, 1933.
HCR 57 Caption: Requesting from the Federal Reconstruction Corporation certain funds to assist in the relief and rehabilitation of the areas destroyed by recent tornadoes.
