HB 445 Caption: Relating to amending certain Statues by providing for an annual occupation tax to be levied on and collected form every person, firm, corporation, partnership, or association operating a pool hall in the State of Texas.
HB 446 Caption: Relating to legalizing and regulating the operation and maintenance of pool halls for hire; providing penalties for the unlawful operation of same; and repealing all laws and parts of laws in conflict with the provisions of this Act.
HB 487 Caption: Relating to amending certain Acts relating to State aid to public schools; making an additional appropriation and allocation of Ninety-four Thousand and Two Hundred Dollars ($94,200).

HB 728 Caption: Relating to providing for the purchase of property known as the French Embassy and consisting of two and one-half (2 1/2) acres, known as the Old French Embassy property, and all buildings and furniture therein. Said building is hereby set aside for the uses and purposes of the Daughters of the Republic of Texas, and the said Daughters of the Republic of Texas be and the same are hereby authorized to take full charge of said building and use of the same as they may see proper. The property of the said French Embassy shall be the property of the State, and the title of said property shall remain in custody of the Board of Control.
