HB 601 Caption: Relating to providing that the local Bar Association in each county, or the district judge in any county where no Bar Association is organized, may make exceptions to the rules of the Supreme Court of this State relating to the period of registration required of persons applying to take the State Bar Examination.
HB 602 Caption: Relating to providing that county attorneys who perform the duties of district attorneys in certain counties may incur certain expenses in investigating crime and accumulating evidence in criminal cases, and for the payment for mileage traveled by said county attorneys in automobiles furnished by them in the discharge of their official duties.
HB 665 Caption: Relating to giving the County Court of Red River County, Texas, original concurrent jurisdiction with the District Court of said County in certain criminal cases, and exclusive appellate jurisdiction of certain criminal cases appealed from Justice Courts, to conform the jurisdiction of the District Court of such county to such change.
