HB 369 Caption: Relating to providing that upon petition of forty (40) of the qualified voters but not to exceed five (5) per cent in any voting precinct or ward, the Chairman of the County Executive Committee or any three (3) members of such Committee shall nominate a supervisor of election for such voting precinct.
HB 404 Caption: Relating to granting to C.A. Gindratt and wife, their heirs and assigns, permission to bring suit against the State of Texas and the State Highway Department in the District Court of Leon County, Texas, for damages alleged to have been sustained to certain real property of the said C.A. Gindratt and wife, by reason of the construction of State Highway Number 75; providing that such suit may be filed within two (2) years after the effective date of this Act.

HB 89 Caption: Relating to validating, ratifying, approving, confirming and declaring enforceable all levies and assessments of ad valorem taxes heretofore made by independent school districts in this State, in certain counties, not in excess of the limit now provided by law, which are void or unenforceable because of the failure of the School Boards of such districts to appoint the proper and statutory Board of Equalization, and which are insufficient and void, or unenforceable on account of technical irregularities in the manner of preparing the books and reports of Assessors assessing such property.
