HB 227 Caption: Relating to authorizing the county board of trustees in certain counties to set aside a certain amount of the Available School Fund apportioned to such counties to defray certain expenses in the administration of scholastic affairs of such counties.
HB 405 Caption: Relating to amending the "Lower Colorado River Authority Act" providing that every director appointed to the Board of Directors of the Lower Colorado River Authority shall be a resident of and freehold property taxpayer of the county from which he is appointed and shall have been such resident of and freehold property taxpayer in such county for not less than two (2) years next preceding such appointment.
HB 471 Caption: Relating to repealing House Bill No. 907, Chapter 34, Special Laws, Acts of the Forty-sixth Legislature, known as the Road Work law for Blanco County.
HB 632 Caption: Relating to amending a certain Article of the Revised Civil Statutes providing that in cases of foreclosure of real property where the proceeds of the sale shall be insufficient to satisfy the judgment on the debt, the party obligated shall have the right to plead and prove actual value.
