HB 343 Caption: Relating to repealing all local or special laws or parts thereof with reference to hunting or taking of deer in Panola County.
HB 406 Caption: Relating to amending certain Acts so as to increase the tax imposed upon motor fuel sold, distributed and used in Texas from the existing tax rate of Four (4) cents per gallon to a tax rate of Five (5) cents per gallon; prescribing penalties; preserving all taxes, penalties, interest, fines, forfeitures and bond liabilities existing prior to the effective date of this Act and preserving all criminal penalties for offenses committed prior to the effective date of said Act; containing a saving clause.
HB 566 Caption: Relating to amending certain Acts so as to authorize the Comptroller of Public Accounts to issue warrants to out-of-State schools for State and County per capita of children from Texas Districts attending such out-of-State schools.
HB 578 Caption: Relating to authorizing the Commissioner of the General Land Office, with the approval of the School Land Board, to enter into agreements whereby the State's royalty interests in natural gas reserved in or retained in any patent or contracts of sale or under the terms of any lease executed by an agent of the State under the Relinquishment Act or any lease executed and issued by the Commissioner of the General Land Office, except leases covering lands belonging to The University of Texas, are pooled and consolidated with other interests in natural gas so as to form pooled areas.
