HB 39 Caption: Relating to amending the Texas Liquor Control Act, providing for the cancellation or suspension of Retail Dealer's Off-Premise License or Retail Dealer's On-Premise License if the holder thereof purchases beer or the containers or original packages in which the same is contained or packaged except for cash paid therefor on or before the delivery thereof.
HB 52 Caption: Relating to authorizing, empowering and directing the Board of Regents of the Texas State Teachers Colleges to contract with the City of Commerce, Texas, for water for East Texas State Teachers College.
HB 98 Caption: Relating to authorizing the governing boards of State-supported institutions of higher learning to procure insurance on any or all structures and buildings and the contents thereof under their management and control against all or any of the risks of fire, lightning, wind storms, hail storms, tornadoes, cyclones, floods, and explosions; authorizing the use of local funds of such institutions and any other funds appropriated to such institutions for insurance premiums to pay premiums on insurance to cover such risks.
