HB 28 Caption: Relating to providing for the disposition of property and choses in action when there is no sufficient evidence that persons have died otherwise than simultaneously.
HB 97 Caption: Relating to amending certain acts providing for examinations by licensed optometrists as well as ophthalmologists or physicians skilled in the treatment of diseases of the eye for the purpose of establishing blindness for applicants and/or recipients of Aid to the Needy Blind.
HB 386 Caption: Relating to providing for a salary of not less than twenty-one hundred dollars ($2100.00) nor more than twenty-eight hundred dollars ($2800.00) per annum for Justices of the Peace who are compensated on a salary basis in precincts situated in a county with at least 39,000 inhabitants and not more than 40,000 inhabitants according to the last preceding Federal Census, and which county includes a city of at least 19,100 inhabitants.
