HB 28	Caption: Relating to make it unlawful to sell or have in possession for the purpose of ale in this State any firecrackers, Roman candles, skyrockets, or any other explosive or inflammable devices or things commonly known as fireworks; prescribing a penalty.
HB 423	Caption: Relating to amending a previous Act, providing financial assistance to physically or mentally handicapped individuals as defined in the law; providing a definition for physically and mentally handicapped individuals; providing for an appropriation for assistance payments and administrative expenses; providing a repealing clause; providing a saving clause; providing an anticipatory clause.
HB 539	Caption: Relating to amending a previous Act, authorize guardians to contract for the recovery of property of their wards and pay expenses incident to such recovery by conveyance of a contingent interest therein.
HJR 10	Caption: Proposing an amendment to Article III of the Constitution of the State of Texas providing for annual sessions of the Legislature, salaries and mileage of the members and for annual appropriations; providing for the necessary election, proclamation and publication by the Governor, and making an appropriation.

HB 60	Caption: Relating to providing for relief for Edom Independent School District in Van Zandt County and Independence Common School District in Henderson and Kaufman Counties, Texas, in order to aid said Districts in the rebuilding of their properties and equipping their schools; making an appropriation to each of said Districts for said purposes by reason of the great public calamity occurring in each of such communities.
HB 126	Caption: Relating to amending a previous Act, defining the practice of law; authorizing licensed surveyors and abstracters to draw conveyances for or without compensation; providing for those persons who shall constitute and be members of the State Bar; providing that licensed surveyors and abstracters shall not be members of the State Bar; repealing all laws in conflict herewith.
HB 330	Caption: Relating to requiring any person hunting any quail outside of the county of his residence upon the private lands of another person in Van Zandt County, to first obtain and have in his possession a written permit; providing a suitable penalty for violation of any provision of this Act; repealing all laws in conflict with this Act.

HJR 4	Caption: Relating to proposing a constitutional amendment to provide that the Legislature shall have the power to provide assistance to and provide for the payment of same to actual bona fide citizens of Texas who are needy aged persons over the age of sixty-five years, needy blind persons over the age of twenty-one years, and needy children under the age of sixteen years.
