HB 453 Caption: Relating to amending certain Statutes providing for the filing of applications for the appropriation of unappropriated water of the State.
HB 626 Caption: Relating to preserving and protecting wild and tame pheasants, quails, partridges and doves within the following described portion of Kaufman County, for a period of five (5) years, from the final passage and effective date of this Act, and declaring a closed season therein, by prohibiting killing any of said wild or tame fowls and birds by any method, whether by firearms, shotguns, rifles, B-B guns, sticks or clubs; prescribing a penalty for violations of this Act.
HB 677 Caption: Relating to amending certain Acts to provide for the licensing and regulation of auto wreckers, junk dealers, and rebuilders of motor vehicles for resale; providing a penalty for failing to comply with the provisions of this act and defining such penalty.
