HB 251	Caption: Relating to the construction, acquisition, and equipment of buildings and other structures and additions to buildings and other structures by the Board of Regents of the several junior colleges districts heretofore or hereafter organized; providing for the fixing of fees for the use thereof and other revenue producing buildings, structures and other property.
HB 315	Caption: Relating to amending certain Statutes relating to the leasing of tidelands and certain public lands of the State of Texas by adding provisions conferring the right of eminent domain and authorizing condemnation of land by the School Land Board, its lessees and assignees.
HB 496	Caption: Relating to use and possession of fishing gear and devices for taking fish or shrimp in Laguna Madre, in Cameron, Willacy, Kenedy, Kleberg and Nueces Counties; providing for seizure and destruction of any fishing gear or device found in said waters in possession or being used in violation of the provisions of this Act; containing penalty, saving, and repealing clauses.
HB 531	Caption: Relating to making it unlawful to bring or carry intoxicating beverages into any enclosure, stadium or field where athletic events sponsored or participated in by the public schools of this State are being held; providing for the confiscation of such beverages and providing for a penalty for a violation hereof.
HB 591	Caption: Relating to fixing the salary of the District Attorney of the 105th Judicial District of Texas; authorizing the Commissioners Courts of the Counties comprising the 105th Judicial District to supplement the salary of the District Attorney and providing the method of supplementation.
