Charge:	This report should address the charge below.
1.	Determine whether or not the trial installation of the new public address system is satisfactory to the members of the House, and to make such recommendations concerning the terms of its acceptance, or rejection, as it may find proper. If the committee finds the present installation inadequate, make recommendations to this House concerning the type and cost of system necessary to provide this membership with a public address system suitable to its needs.
