Charge:	This report should address the charge below.
1.	Resolved, That said Committee shall be charged with the responsibility of determining any and all ways and means of eliminating waste and extravagances in Texas State Government operations; developing management procedures and patterns in the various State departments, agencies, and institutions whereby State services authorized by law may be most economically and efficiently rendered to the people of this State; and reporting on these and other matters contributing to the general objective of this resolution to the Senate at such times and in such manner as it may deem desirable.
