Charges:	This report should address the charges below.
1.	Compare the calendar or rules committee operations in other states to determine how the system of bill placement for floor action in the Texas House of Representatives compares with that of other states and suggest improvements in the Texas System.
2.	Determine the need for house rule changes related to calendar operations.
3.	Work jointly with the Committee on Local and Consent Calendars to ascertain if there should be rule changes regarding the transfer of bills between the two committees.
