- Develop independent and objective information about the V-22 Osprey project and disseminate that information through a public awareness program to the citizens of Texas. The task force shall also develop recommendations for mobilizing citizen support for tilt-rotor technology and perform other duties that may be assigned by the lieutenant governor and speaker of the house.
