Charges

  • The Committee shall monitor the implementation of insurance reform as enacted by HB 2, 72nd Legislature, Regular Session, and HB 62, 72nd Legislature, 1st Called Session.
  • The Committee shall examine the functions of the Department of Commerce, including issues ranging from progamization to regulatory procedures.
  • The Committee shall monitor the consolidation of agencies dealing with housing and community affairs.
  • The Committee shall study employee leasing practices.
