Charges

  • Study the existing formulae for calculating benefits, the allocation and distribution of the Teacher Retirement System's assets, the financial and actuarial soundness of the System, any inequities that have resulted from frequent changes in the laws and ways to alleviate those inequities, and any other operations of the System necessary to determine that the System is operated according to the Constitutional mandate and with fairness and equity.
