Charges

Prepare a new draft of the Rules of the House for presentation to the House of the 56th Legislature for its consideration, such draft to contain no substantive changes in existing rules, but to reflect, as the Committee may deem desirable, rearrangement of subject matter, reconciliation of any conflicts, and the inclusion of new rules consistent with precedents and annotations appearing in the present Legislative Manual.
