- Make a complete and thorough investigation of the present controversy at Texas A&M College and to inquire fully into all matters of disagreement between the student body and the administration, and any violations of law, or of state policy by anyone connected with Texas A&M College, or the students of said college, and the misuse of any authority on the part of anyone on the staff of Texas A&M College, or any misconduct, or resistance to constituted authority on the part of students, and to inquire fully into all allegations made against the administration of the college, touching any of its administrative officers, staff or faculty, by an person.
