Senate Committee on Jurisprudence - 76th R.S. (1999)
- Review Chapter 153 of the Family Code to identify ways to improve the enforcement of child custody orders. The Committee shall study alternative methods of enforcement to improve court time efficiency and to expedite the process.
- Monitor the implementation of SB 368 76th R.S. relating to court-ordered child support, including the child support enforcement functions of the Office of the Attorney General and the sunset review of those functions and the implementation of the child support enforcement provisions of the federal Personal Responsibility and Work Opportunity Reconciliation Act of 1996 within the established time requirements.
