  • Investigate and inquire into the management and operation of the State printing office, at the Asylum for the Deaf and Dumb.*
  • Ascertain and report to the House the number of deaf-mutes heretofore instructed and the number at present being instructed in the art of printing.*
  • Indicate whether public policy would demand that said printing office should be enlarged and increased, or discontinued.*
