member of the United States armed forces and who is not seeking a degree or
certificate from taking the TASP test.

RULEMAKING AUTHORITY

It is the opinion of the Office of House Bill Analysis that this bill does
not expressly delegate any additional rulemaking authority to a state
officer, department, agency, or institution.

ANALYSIS

seeking a degree or certificate and who is serving on active duty as a
member of the United States armed forces to the list of students who are

exempts a student who is serving on active duty as a member of the United
States armed forces and is not seeking a degree or certificate from taking
the Stanford Achievement Test.
