RULEMAKING AUTHORITY It is the opinion of the Office of House Bill Analysis that this bill does not expressly delegate any additional rulemaking authority to a state officer, department, agency, or institution. ANALYSIS House Bill 2115 amends the Election Code to change the amount of compensation an election judge or clerk is entitled to for services rendered at a precinct polling place to be an amount fixed by the appropriate authority at an hourly rate of at least $6.
