Introduced

BACKGROUND AND PURPOSE

Currently, licensed concealed handguns are banned from school premises.
The definition of "school premises" does not include public or private
driveways, streets, sidewalks or walkways, parking lots, parking garages,
or other parking areas. H.B. 860 includes such areas in the definition of
"school premises."

not expressly delegate any additional rulemaking authority to a state
officer, department, agency, or institution.
