Introduced

BACKGROUND AND PURPOSE

in basic values in the social studies curriculum. H.B.183 requires the
State Board of Education to include the instruction of these values among
the education curricula.

RULEMAKING AUTHORITY

It is the opinion of the Office of House Bill Analysis that this bill does
not expressly delegate any additional rulemaking authority to a state
officer, department, agency, or institution.
