Relating to creating certain offenses involving the transfer to or possession of weapons by minors, to the waiver of exclusive jurisdiction by juvenile courts for certain delinquent children and the mandatory transfer of the jurisdiction for those children to the criminal courts, and to the disposition of seized weapons.
