Relating to the Coastal Waterway Act of 1975 and the authorization for the state to cooperate and work with other Gulf coastal states in matters relating to the Gulf Intracoastal Waterway; and to the inclusion of additional authority of the state in the event the U.S. Corps of Engineers reduces or eliminates its traditional financial support for maintenance of the Gulf Intracoastal Waterway in Texas.
