Relating to the power of a court to grant independent administration of a decedent's estate; broadening the definition of "independent executor" and "personal representative" or "representative"; providing for the circumstances under which an independent administration of a decedent's estate may be had; making conforming amendments as to enforcement of claims by suit; giving bonds, accounting by an independent administrator, and partition and distribution of an estate and providing for court-appointed successor independent executor under certain circumstances; absolving a judge from civil liability under certain circumstances; designating the wills of codicils to which certain sections apply and the extent of applicability of this Act and making other relevant provisions.
