Proposing an amendment to Article IV, Sections 4, 22, and 23, of the Texas Constitution, so as to change the term of office for the governor, lieutenant governor, attorney general, comptroller of public accounts, treasurer, commissioner of the general land office, secretary of state, and certain statutory state officers from foru years to two years.
