Relating to the office of District Attorney of the 53rd Judicial District, authorizing the State of Texas to pay basic salaries of the staff of the Office of District Attorney of the 53rd Judicial District; providing that the State of Texas shall receive fifty percent of the revenue derived from fines in cases prosecuted by that office.
