Providing for the payment, to persons retired as ahnuitants who immediately prior to retirement were appointed officers or employees of the Central Education Agency or the Texas Schools for the Bild and Deaf, of a death benefit equal to that payable to annuitants retired under the provisions of the Retirement Acts administered by the Board of Trustees of the Employees Retirement System of Texas.
