Requesting that the State Board of Control and all other state agencies to purchase only American-made goods and materials whenever feasible as a means of stimulating economic growth and employment; providing for copies of this resolution to be prepared for the executive director of the State Board of Control and the directors of all other state agencies as an expresion of the views of the 64th Legislature of the State of Texas.
