Authorizing the State Board of Control to provide services of typewriter and business machine repair, central mail delivery and messenger service, and a central supply store when the services can be utilized to provide economy and efficiency in state government; authorizing the establishment of revolving accounts to provide for payment and reimbursement for supplies, materials, and equipment utilized in providing the services; authorizing the transfer of agency of funds to reimburse the revolving accounts used for the services established by this Act; repealing all laws in conflict.
