Relating to the requirement that contracting agencies of the State of Texas, any county, city, town, school district, water district, hospital district, or other political subdivision of the State shall include nondiscrimination provisions by reason of race, color, religion, sex, or national origin in all directly or indirectly publicly funded contracts for supplies, materials, services or equipment.
