Relating to providing that cemetery associations shall not make, adopt, or enforce rules or regulations prohibiting interment of the human dead because of race, color or national origin; declaring void as against public policy provisions in contracts, deeds, or certificates of ownership prohibiting the interment of deceased persons because of race, color or national origin.
