Relating to permitting any member of the Teacher Retirement System who has heretofore performed active military service as a member of the Armed Forces of the United States during World War II or a period of twelve (12) months thereafter to make deposits with the Teacher Retirement System and receive current membership service credit for each creditable year of military service.
