Relating to amending certain chapter of the Texas Probate Code by making invalid certain disposition of property to certain persons and organizations or in trust therefor, unless made and executed at least 30 days before the testator's death, unless all who would benefit by its invalidity agree that it shall be valid or the gift is a carry-over from a superseded will executed at least 30 days before testator's death.
