Relating to amending the Texas Insurance Code to permit investment of life insurance company funds in bonds issued, assumed, or guaranteed by the Inter-American Development Bank and bonds of the $100 million Development Issue of State of Israel Bonds, March 30, 1966; permitting investment of the permanent university fund, the permanent school fund, and the fund of the teacher's retirement system, the employees' retirement system, and the municipal retirement system in bonds issued, assumed, or guaranteed by the Inter-American Development Bank.
