Relating to abolishing the Boards of Regents of North Texas State University, Texas Woman's University, Pan American College, Texas College of Arts and Industries, Midwestern University and Lamar State College of Technology, and the Board of Directors of Texas Southern University as of September 1, 1965; abolishing the Board of Regents of the State Teachers Colleges as of September 1, 1966; providing for the governance of the institutions and museums under these Boards by the Boards of Regents of The University of Texas System and the University of Houston, and the Board of Directors of the Texas A&M University and Texas Technological College.
