Relating to amending certain acts to provide for the appointment of retired judges who voluntarily retired from office as Presiding Judges of the Administrative Judicial Districts as well as regular judges; to provide for adequate quarters; providing for a 4-year term; excepting from the provisions of this Act tenure of any present Presiding Judges.
