Relating to validating independent school districts having less than two hundred (200) scholastics and located in counties having two or more artificial lakes constructed by the United States of America, under the direction of the United States Army Corps of Engineers, validating the boundaries of such independent school districts and providing that no changes in boundaries shall be made by order of the County School Board unless previously approved by the Board of Trustees of such independent school districts.
