Relating to increasing the juror's fee in Justice of the Peace Courts from One Dollar ($1) to Three Dollars ($3) in each civil case; increasing the amount jurors in Justice of the Peace Courts may receive in any one day in civil cases; and providing that the same per diem shall be paid in civil cases to persons who respond to summons but who are excused; and providing for selection and summons of jurors for trial of cases in Justice Courts in the same manner as in county courts or county courts-at-law.
