Relating to the rendering of judgment for costs of forcible entry and detainer suits in favor of landlords and against tenants where tenants are unlawfully holding over on the premises of the landlord at the time suit is filed but vacate the premises prior to the rendition of judgment when the landlord follows certain prescribed procedures; providing that this Act be cumulative of all other remedies available to the landlord.
