Relating to validating all school districts, including all types of junior and regional college districts, together with the boundaries and names thereof; validating the creation, abolition, and conversion of all such school districts, and all changes in boundaries in all such school districts; validating the annexation of territory and divorcement or separation from municipal control in all municipally controlled school districts; validating all bonds, bond taxes, etc.
