Relating to providing that the remaining balance of the sum of money heretofore appropriated to the Department of Corrections in a certain Act may be expended by the Department of Corrections for certain purposes; providing that the expenditures from the Texas Board of Correction's Special Mineral Lease Fund for certain purposes may not exceed the sum of Six Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($650,000) for the period between the effective date of this Act and August 31, 1961 providing that money already appropriated to the Department of Corrections for the biennium ending August 31, 1961, can be used to continue the operations of the Department of Corrections.
