Relating to amending the Insurance Code relating to deposits of securities or lawful money of the United States or conveyance of real estate in trust in an amount equal to the legal reserve of all of the outstanding policies in force of any life insurance company; relating to the effect and value of deposits and amount of legal reserve; repealing an Article relating to fees for making deposits.
