Relating to providing that the remaining balance of the sum of money appropriated to the Department of Corrections in Item 98, H. B. No. 4, 56th Legislature, Third Called Session, may be used for purposes stated in Items 92 and 95 of said bill; providing that no new money shall be appropriated by the provisions of this Act, providing that money already appropriated to the Department of Corrections for the biennium ending August 31, 1961, can be used to continue the operations of the Department of Corrections.
