Relating to amending Subsection 3(b) of Section 7, Article I, Chapter 470, Acts of the 45th Legislature, Regular Session, to provide that beneficiaries of auxillary employees covered by the Teacher Retirement System shall receive the same death benefits as beneficiaries of teachers.
