SB 397, 56th R.S.
Relating to providing that the entire cost of altering, adjusting or relocating pipelines and all utilities due to any change in size, construction or location of a road, where such cost arises from the requirements of the State Highway Department of Texas, shall be borne by the Texas State Highway Department as part of the cost of construction of such alteration to such road.
